The Divolt Di-4 is an enormous Seaplane with the purpose of carrying cargo, the plane was made by Divolt.
History:
The Di-4 was made when the main Kulsa Army base needed to carry supplies and cargo to its far away island base that was under construction, at the time Kulsa Army doesn't have any large transport vessel, and the small ones lack quantity, and so in 2029, an effort to make an enormous seaplane begun, with Divolt being the one that's going to create this monster.
