In 2019 the American Express Railroad was formed (its fictional) the railroad needed locomotives and turned to the TTD. They needed an elactric deisel that could operate into electric stations and thus came the EP-16. It is a simple box cab locomotive that can have a third rail pickup attached depending on which railroad wants it. It has (IRL HP) 9000hp the equivalent to the GE Altuna Shops GG1. this locomotive is a mixed traffic engine btw and can be re configurated to do 115mph. VTOL for throttle. Oh and this has lights 1 and 3 for white headlights, 2 and 4 for red lights, depending in which direction.
