This is a concept and fictional car
Basically in 2013 a speed lover and his friends wanted to make the fastest car with the fastest engine they found for cheap, the designer of the group designed it (thumbnail is supposed to be design concept drawing) so they took about 1 month to build and test it, so they came with this little monster of a car, its supposed to be a drag car for straight runways, dragstrips and others, its was made by jake robert (fake name)
So it basically goes about 250kmh
