A heavilly modified pv 20-c that was elongated a much bigger wing rear mounted t1000 blades and pontoons the only downside to this plane is less hp and more runway for take offs and easily spins out in the air if you use full potential of the elevator so you can only use 1/4 of the elevetor in flight take off and landing the main purpose of the big control surface in the elevator is to avoid diving in water in take off and landing in water when taking use all of the elevator the max waterlanding speed is 140mph and try to practice flying it first because its sort of hard to fly
