This aircraft was set out to be created in 1999 and the goal being 2003. Realizing halfway through that they would overshoot their goal they sent in a delay notice to the paint department. After they finished the design and plane they sent it to to the painting department of HTMA. Once the plane was painted it was revealed to the public in 2004.
