Optimized wings, tails, thrust system. Razor wings. Takeoff requires full runway on island, after that the speed accelerates constantly above 32,000 feet to 1,300 mph. Mission: circle rapidly when desired at 1,200 mph and return for an island landing. Landings are possible, but only under 10% power around 200 mph, not quite the norm for SP landings. Good luck!
