Faithful replica of the MIM-104 Patriot PAC-2 Surface To Air missile and its launch vehicle, which is fully mechanized! Not only can it intercept Airplanes, but also cruise, hypersonic, and ballistic missiles! No part of this missile is guided by gyros or in-game default missiles!!!.
Player Usage
Activate1: Stow the stabilizing legs
Activate 2: Raise the launcher to prepare for firing.
Yaw: rotates the launcher
Press Activate2 to raise the launcher. Once it is elevated past 45 degrees you can also rotate the launcher to face wherever your target is.
Select a target and Press Left Alt or the Fire Weapons button on mobile to fire the missiles! On mobile, even though the button will not light up, press on it regardless!!!!!!!!

Limitatons and problems
- The missile's performance may depend on the performance of your device, where a lower FPS may significantly affect the missile's performance.
- From time to time the smoke generator, a tiny hellfire missile where it's sole purpose is to generate smoke and nothing else, may fall out during violent maneuvers. This will not affect the performance of the missile whatsoever!
- The missile has a hard time orienting itself when pointed straight up or down
- Nothing is preventing you from launching the missile when the launch tubes are in the stowed position, so please wait until the launcher has fully deployed after pressing Activate2!!!
- Do not launch the missiles in slow motion, as the change in physics speed does not allow the missile to be ejected from the launch tube correctly.
- The missile's control surfaces take a couple of seconds to activate fully; thus it is not advised to shoot at targets too close to you.
- The missile may cause significant lag when flying over long distances at high altitudes.
Real Life Description
The MIM-104 Patriot is the U.S. Army’s primary air and missile defense system. While initially designed as an antiaircraft system, newer variants of Patriot are capable of engaging ballistic and cruise missiles, loitering munitions, and aircraft. A typical Patriot battery includes a radar set, engagement control station, power generation and other support vehicles, and several launch stations. 18 countries currently operate Patriot.
Following the PAC-1 deployment, the Army embarked on a second upgrade program, PAC-2, which involved modifications to the missile fuze, warhead, and guidance to engage more capable ballistic missiles like the Soviet OTR-23.4 In 1993, the Army upgraded Patriot to a support remote launch capability, allowing launchers to be deployed up to 10km from the radar.5 This reportedly quintupled the system’s defended area from 10-20 square kilometers to roughly 50-100 square kilometers.6 Successive upgrades to the system’s Patriot Advanced Capability-2 (PAC-2) missiles and radar achieved further improvements in performance.

Notes
This is the very first time I have made a land-based vehicle in such detail, so forgive me if some of my techniques and results seem a bit rough. This missile was a fair challenge as its design was very unstable, and it took a lot of engineering to make it fly not only in a straight line but also in an efficient manner to maximize the range and kinetic energy. It also had to mimic the real-life missile's ability to intercept other missiles, and even ballistic missiles, which fly at hypersonic speeds. Thus even more testing was done with the guidance code to make it able to intercept targets flying at a wide range of speeds, and the proximity fuse to make it react fast enough to the incoming target that is closing at speeds over Mach 5. With all these conditions in mind, this missile still does a fantastic job as an anti-aircraft missile and is the single most capable and reliable missile that I have made to date.
