This is the Swivel Fan 3.0! It has a very sleek fuselage and a set of 4 ducted fans constructed with new fuselage parts. It has good Vertical Takeoff abilities and fuel efficiency. I hope you enjoy, and have fun. Oh, and Happy Labor Day! I built this one day before Labor Day.

VTOL to move the ducted fans
Either takeoff normally or attempt VTOL
Then, fly!

    Regarding my last statement, if you get far enough from the VTOL, it will stop, therefore making it at its regular fuel efficiency

    Okay, so if you want better fuel efficiency, remove the VTOL engine, but the RCN won't work.

    There is a reason why one pair of the ducted fans are higher than the other. I made it like that to move the CoT up. The VTOL Engine hanging is dropped so then the RCN can work.
