Is using an old bomber as a cheap airliner a good idea? As for the square windows, its not as if any airline is going to keep them long enough for them to end up like the DH 106 Comet.

Instructions:
Activation group 1+Trim: Flaps
Activation group 2: No jets. Removed them for excessive fuel consumption
VTOL slider: Propeller pitch control'
Cruise altitude: 40,000 feet

Notes:
Wing area: 666.2. hooray for being able to stack wings like pancakes.
If the propellers explode, the plane explodes too. But with the addition of eight parachutes in the glazed nose, the cockpit will be able to land safely.
If you flare at an angle of 10 degrees, you can land with the gear "up". It really does save the cost of fixing the nose gear if its broken.

Reasons why this is better than the Avro Lancastrian:
Its shiny
Its bigger
Its faster
It can carry more passengers
can operate from shorter airstrips
Did I mention that its shiny?
