My design to replace the Lightning 2 this jet is a powerful Mach 1 capable fighter and interceptor 1 VTOL lowers gear 2 VTOL lowers intakes 3 mach1 hyper boost don't yaw whilst using boost 4 fires missiles and bombs careful if you use lots of boost it runs out of fuel pretty quick cruise speed is 500mph fighter speed use boost at 50% for dog fighting turns this takes you to 700 max boost gets 1500mph this jet is a rest succes for me and I concider it to be high tech I've spent hours perfecting it and it even used to have low speed flaps for extra lift but they wobbled at over 600mph so I took them off PLZ HAVE FUN if you have any ideas for my jet designs and what to do next with them comment :) :TESTED ON LOW: the name is Latin for silver leaf

43.9k PlanesOfOld@Allstarship it's fine as a boost its only so it can STOL from carriers and climb to high altitude bomber formations very very quickly the IT deposits missiles destroys bomber and probably runs out of fuel on the final approach of its base then it glides to land a basic intorceptor9.0 years ago

15.9k AllstarNo, it's a good plane, it's just that the boost makes the aircraft tir. Left and rnter a sharp climb. Why not mirror it to both sides and place nozzles on the top and bottom. That way, it'll remain stable during boosts@PlanesOfOld9.0 years ago

43.9k PlanesOfOld@Vikdesigns please go away if you want to say I sushed my Vulcan i assure you I have been working on it on and off for the past week so if you want to 2 star one of my first jet designs and call it terrible it's fine by me your no better than the others and you do not do your research it takes a horrendouly long time to put a Vulcan in the air it's not a bloody STOL the runway is too short for Vulcans a Vulcan runway will add another quarter of south runway onto it9.0 years ago
