SNAW presents the new light twin-jet VTOL VT - 48 "Rat." The "Rat" is a vertical takeoff plane designed to be cheap and easy to fly, in fact does not require any gas stabilization during the vertical take-off and conversion to horizontal flight. Despite the "Rat" can climb vertically with such simplicity. as the animal from which it takes its name, it is an aircraft capable of 1200 mph and easy handling. Only SNAW has managed to achieve this, destroying the competition.

The model is extremely simple and pleasant to fly, I am very happy with the result. I was able to completely eliminate the need of stabilization jets working on the balance, which I think is a great strength.

USER MANUAL:

7 = VTOL engine on/off (Start off)
8 = Main engines on/off (Start on)
B = Brakes

PROCEDURES FOR TAKE-OFF

Normal: Thrust 100% - rotating at 220 mph (you can effetturare either with only the main engines, or with both engines active. It affect only the required runaway run) – Controll the aircraft axis as usual

Short: Port 45 and motors 100% - rotation to 130 mph - port 0° to 230 mph – Controll the aircraft axis as usual

Vertical with rapid conversion to horizontal flight: Turn on the main engines and the VTOL engine - port to 90° - Thrust 100%. Do not touch the controls. The plane will automatically point the nose up to about 40°, then it stabilizes itself without the need for any intervention. At 220 mph port to 0° - Take control of the plane with the normal control surfaces.

Pure Vertical: Turn off the main engines, turn on the engine VTOL. - Port at 90°, 100% thrust. Do not touch the controls. The nose rises automatically. When the nose reaches 45°, port to 0° and turn immediatly on the main engines. The plane automatically put himself in vertical and starting to climb. Put horizontally to the desired height.

The only XML editing is the riduction of ports movemen angle, but nothing influencing engines, mass or other funcional parameters
