P-10 formation flight test

I tried recreating TMach5’s creations where he took some old planes, stuck them together, and made a formation flight out of it. I had my theories on how it worked and tried to recreate some with my old planes with low part counts.

My idea is to actually incorporate the plane as a whole without modifications unlike what they did on the original; replaced most of its wings with something XML modded and put everything else on a wire and some rotators. While this doesnt support my ideas (yes, i made two. The other one was with the winch. Hilarious to fly, i might upload it too.) where I should add rotators, I still have to work on how the crafts should move more (like with wiggling motions cause you cant be perfectly aligned everytime on a formation) before I tackle the rotating crafts in place.
(Basically recreating what they did. But without the snapping back motion after the craft rolls)

You can see clearly here the thin fuselages connecting each plane together, but the connections are stiff and, as previously mentioned, not connected through a rotator so the whole craft rolls and not each plane. This is also the reason why the flaps are either entirely pointing up or down depending on the roll if you looked at one of the planes. And not one side is up and the other is down like an ordinary plane would.

That’s all my findings here. I’ll update my own fleet of formation flying planes too. And special credits to TMach5 for inspiring me to do this.
