The hull is good, but its not wide enough (torpedo blister is not counted) making stability worse in some cases, the guns seems to be a pretty common ABXY, there are 2 things that i get from ships nowadays, if its not ABX its ABXY, people likes unorthodox and yet unproven design or layout, try make your ship have some more interesting turret arrangement like the Hexagonal arrangement of Nassau and Helgoland, overall, the Quad Barrels, despite its many amount of guns its still a bit weak in terms of caliber
