I am trying to make it dive and surface but have not been able to. I've tried a VTOL system and a Floater Piston system but have been unsuccesful with both.

Im Sorry to say that with the way that Water physics work in this game, it is near inpossible to A. Create a ship that can dive, B. Create a ship that will dive to a certin depth so it is still visible, and C. Build a ship that all in all doesnt look ugly.
