Tilt Rotor 1

90 spacemandude10  6.2 years ago

A tilt rotor which is quite agile and can reach some pretty high speeds in level flight, while also having an insane amount of fuel, making it perfect for exploration and aerobatics. WARNING: this is not a VTOL, do not put the rotors at 90. degrees at high throttle. Controls: VTOL to tilt the rotors,to take off tilt rotors at about 45 degrees and full throttle and it will take off on its own (or you can pull up to take off a bit quicker,to back up put throttle at less than 20 and tilt rotors all the way up. It is possible to take off vertically by tilting the rotors up completely and then back to 45 degrees but I recommend you get familiar with how it behaves with the rotors at different angles first. I haven't been able to get it to land vertically though.
Capable of landing on the USS Beast and USS Tiny, but requires a bit of skill to land on the USS Tiny.

It's not (technically) a vtol, and not meant to be.

Nice VTOL! May I suggest adding a gyroscope, it will be more stable taking off vertically.
