Gave the car thing a go, hope it didn't turn out too bad.

The suspension's not working at all like I originally intended (the visible shocks don't do anything functional at this point), will fix that down the line.

The highlights are it has a V engine in there somewhere, 4 wheel steer, as well as a functional gun turret upstairs that you can control with yaw and VTOL (just don't do VTOL down too much when the gun is longitudinal with the vehicle as bad things might happen).
The engines are slightly underpowered as it turned out far heavier eventually once everything was stuck on, but if you dig out the engines, you should be able to push up the max power if you want.
