Skyfrigid Flight 132 was a domestic flight which departed from Guarulhos Airport to Galeao Airport. 13 minutes after takeoff, a structural failure caused by bad maintenance from a tail strike from 3 days ago caused the aircraft to lose the entire back section, plummet towards a populated city at high speeds, and crash. All 11 people onboard died, and 43 people on the ground died, but 18 on ground were injured. The aircraft was an Embraer EMB-120. Skyfrigid Airlines ! Skyfrigid Airlines is a airline founded by Miguel "Fly" in the 1970's, it at first started with the Douglas DC-9, and then, after that DC-9 crashed, they now had bought Embraer EMB-120s, Boeing 747s, Airbus A300s and Boeing 737-200s. The Douglas DC-9 was involved on the Jundiai Mid Air Collision, the Boeing 737-200 was involved in Flight 522 and the Airbus A300 in another crash.
