After countless attempts at a useful mobile defense system were unsuccessful, Volc, a local company gave their own version. Based on the Vc-47 flatbed truck, the MAAT was created. The Volc-47 MAAT makes up over 78.3% of all known Anti air defense systems in Ventrell.
