IJN Type 89 127mm Shielded Mount (Model A1)
The 5-inch Type 89 gun was the primary Heavy AA mount used by the IJN on its naval warships throughout the Second World War. Although regarded by the Japanese as a good gun in terms of elevation and traverse capabilities, the gun suffered from slow muzzle velocity, resulting in a lower effective range overall.
The specific model featured in this build is the Shielded mount, Type A1 mod. 3 variant, which is more commonly found on the Yamato-class battleships alongside their open-mount counterparts.

Builder Notes
Given the use of a very brutely forced Part Efficient Methods, the hangar view upon loading would look something like this...

Dont worry, this is normal.

But Heres The Blinker
This build features a little TextLabel Animation on the cover shield of the pointer station which opens and closes whenever the gun is activated!

FT Fuze with Variance
Using a "randomizer" on an FT FuseInput, the Mechanical Time Fuze of this gun feels more realistic, given it won't always detonate on the same point.
