huffa is a small country.most of country in plain biome surround by mountain one side open to the sea.country made alot of money from agricultural crops.most of money Spend on quality life of population.in the military side they focus on quantity and defending.huffa not have airforce becouse it use to much money to maintain aircraft and don't want to waste quality soldier to aircraft that not get maintain enough.so when no airforce there can spend money alot to groundforce,waterforce,and anti aircraft force.groundforce and anti aircraft platform spread evenly the whole country,train can go to every groundforce base.when war happen this country alway be neutral if this country got invade they will not join any side and fight by youself.waterforce use the ship like mobile artillery?spread surround the huffa territorial sea.when they run out of ammo and oil,supply ship will go to refuel?.
