This is the Study from Airbus.
Flies quite fast and is stable in hovering. However, without any lift from the Rotor, it doesnt fly well.
Instructions: Hovering is on Trim, Trim up (down) -> hover. The Throttle is not in use. Instead use VTOL to accelerate. VTOL down reverses the blades, to slow down for hover landing.
(On mobile use, the right control is lift and left is speed forward and reverse. )
