When you selected weapon like VLS and Anti ship missile, they will automatically activate and enter the ready to launch state.
When your field of vision stays on the camera corresponding to the AA gun, this AA gun will automatically activate.
AA guns and 155mm naval gun are operated by the corresponding camera through the angle of view.
