This an attempt at a replica of the Panavia Tornado, painted in British Airforce colours. The tornado is a variable-sweep wing aircraft still in service today. It was co-developed and produced by the Uk, Italy and Germany in the 1960s and 70s.
As a side note for advice when flying this in game, the plane performs better with the wings not fully swept back, and there is a change in the centre of lift when the wings move.
