The Hellsing ARMS Anti-Tank Cannon ('Hallconnen"Harukonen), often referred to as simply "The Hallconnen", is the preferred firearm of Seras Victoria for much of the Hellsing series. This weapon's name is rendered as "Hallconnen" but actually pronounced "Harkonnen" and is a reference to the primary antagonists of the novel Dune, Baron Vladimir Harkonnen (the spelling discrepancy is the result of the Japanese pronunciation of "Hallconnen").

She is the only one who uses it, and is probably one of the few who can because of its weight; Seras' sharp precision and superhuman strength are ideal for using it. The Hallconnen is stated by Walter to have enough firepower to destroy nearly anything other than a main battle tank, as well as being superior to the majority of military weapons

This is the weapon that Walter gives Seras in episode 5, "Brotherhood" and the OVA shows the same scene as well, in the 2nd episode. For most of the series, Seras primarily uses this weapon; even after Hallconnen II's existence. However, it probably means that Hallconnen 2 was mostly made to take down Zorin's zeppelin. The Hallconnen's large size sometimes makes it hard to transport, a feature wryly remarked upon by Seras. Nevertheless, it continues to be her preferred weapon until it is destroyed.

In 1999, Seras had only used the Hallconnen canon against Zorin; and was specifically last seen using the weapon during the last stand against Zorin's battalion, and had never used this again during the rest of the "war". However, after the 31-year-long timeskip, and during Alucard's return, Seras was seen using two of these, meaning that it was repaired.

Seras' signature weapons are named after the main antagonist of Frank Herbert's novel Dune, Baron Vladimir Harkonnen. In Hellsing: Ultimate VII (around 11:30 minutes) the name "Vladimir Hallconnen" can be read engraved on the weapon. And there is an appearance of the gun's "spirit" during dream sequences in the manga (and thus OVA) and episode previews in the anime; the spirit in question bears a strong resemblance to Baron Harkonnen from David Lynch's film adaptation of the novel. Originally and in many of Hellsing's official sites, including some shots from all of Hellsing's media; TVA, OVA and Manga, Seras' weapon is clearly spelled out as "Hallconnen". Also, the official English dub of the OVA and anime pronounced it as "Harkonnen", adding to the confusion whether the name of Seras' weapon is "Hallconnen" or "Harkonnen".
