who would want a aquatic airport aka airport for sea planes and everything

i myself think this is a cool idea. it could have a ramp with parking for ambitious aircraft and docks and shore for the seaplanes that can't go on land

I like the concept but how would we use it? The only way I can imagine is either spawning an ai as the airport if you don't have any propellers engines or that sort of thing or you play with a friend.
