After many, many failed attempts to build one i finally suceeded. This plane uses a mecanism i originally built for a fold-out turret design, wich never worked well enough, but it now serves another purpose. It cannot take off from land, but it can from water. The controlls are basic throttle up and fly away. I hope i inspired some off you to build something amazing. Have fun. :D
