we had RSH-10 missiles, now we got RSH-10 plane
i found a new thing to do while waiting for new siren ideas: make the most cursed tornado sirens imaginable.
this plane doesn't have a particularly good flight model, it's stall speed is really high and pitches down without trim.
i haven't tested this in SP2, we will see how it flies there

EDIT: the dolly wheel steering is inverted, when you are on the ground apply left steering to go right and vice versa.
it isn't inverted in SP1 for some strange reason
