It seems stable enough, though the closeness of the center of mass and center of lift may be causing some instability. It also looks as though the canards are tilted down slightly. Did you use the default dihedral editor or rotate them with fine tuner?

It keeps pitching downwards even though as you can see the COM and COL is near touching
