I asked someone to do it and they said it would be very complicated to do. The mod is 3D crosshairs, like you don't have to be in cockpit view to see it, something like WarThunder.

@JamesBoA I seen a tank mod yesterday and it did this, so it is possible
@JamesBoA I would try to put in where the guns go, sounds dumb but the computer would predict where the bullets go like the Advanced Targeting mod with the bombs.
