Ahh the Alekseyev KM ekranoplan.
Related, but not limited to the Alekseyev A-90 Orlyonok, Bartini-Beriev VVA-14, Beriev Be-2500, and the Lun-class.

The Ekranoplan really is such a marvel of engineering. Given it lifts yet can't fly like an airplane it's almost like a true 50/50 split hybrid between a boat and a plane. Neither truly a boat, nor fully an airplane. Just watching one in action in a video is awesome to see.
