Oof I totally missed this, I have a Bf-109 version that I was gonna finish for the challenge. All I had left was the swastika and kill markers on the rudder to finish. I might still upload it sometime, though

@Brields95 I graded the planes based on the rules set forth. There were quite a few that had good solid paint jobs that looked the part. However, it wouldn't be a contest without rules. The biggest issue here was participants adding weight, which cost points. I agree that there were a lot of fantastic jobs that simply failed to follow the rules, and that's why they did not win. This contest was about the paint, not making changes to the plane. I do appreciate your input and it will help the next time I put forth a contest.
@Sgtk @CRJ900Pilot I'll say it that the zero had very little effort in it. This is why the community is dying. People put all there effort into a build but unless they're platinum or bronze they get nothing. Look at the second place spot. Way more effort and a much harder design, but, he's gold. 3rd place. He didn't just throw circles on a plane. He put much more on it and even some new parts. But, GOLD.

No offense to winners, but I think some others should have came in higher places. I forgot the user, but it was painted to look like a Jolly Rogers F-14. That should have won because of the effort put in and attention to detail. Not to say that the Zero painted one or the Hellcat painted one don’t have either of those, but the Zero is a simple paint job and historically the Hellcat is painted wrong; it never had white control surfaces
