I want to teach you how to READ LIGHTS! it's useful for ships and aircrafts to send secret messages, or to learn how to blink an eye to tell something.. lol
first u should know morse code or search a reference on internet.
it's .. -- .--. --- .-. - .- -. -
it is invented for telegraph, tot tooot toooot tot sounds like that. and now i want to teach you how to use it for Lights.
An Example:
Copy this Pattern and paste to BlinkProgram.
(not literally to BlinkProgram but to the space next to it)
(i recommend to use OverLoad Mod)
(Switch the LightPart first to QuickBlink Mode, then remove 0.5,0.5, then paste)
(for this example, i think u will miss the first units because it will quickly start after loading, but dont worry because this word restarts every after 19sec OR if there's no light response for 2.33sec)
this:
1,0.33,0.33,1,0.33,0.33,0.33,1,1,0.33,0.33,0.33,1,0.33,0.33,1,1,0.33,1,0.33,1,1,0.33,0.33,1,0.33,0.33,0.33,0.33,1,0.33,2.33
in morse code:
-. .. -.-. --- .-.. .
formula i used:
0.33s = dot = (if off) space between units
1s = dash = (if off) space between letters
2.33s = space = (always off) space between words = end/restart/next = use this after every word to end or restart, or space and continue to the next word
-units is dash(-) and dot(.)
-this is BlinkProgram so literally it's pattern is on,off,on,off,on and so on..
-BlinkProgram always starts with (on)
-so the other units (odd numbers) (off) are just spaces between letters, words or units.
-i also recommend using paper for sketches while watching or reading lights
-before u start, do sketches on notepad first
it's like:
1(on),1(off),0.33(on),0.33(off),1(on),1(off),0.33(on),0.33(off),1(on),0.33(off),1(on),0.33(off),0.33(on),2.33(end/restart)
means: - .- .--.
means: tap
1(on),0.33(off),1(on),0.33(off),0.33(on),1(off),1(on),0.33(off),1(on),0.33(off),1(on),2.33
means: --. ---
means: go
0.33(on),0.33(off),0.33(on),0.33(off),0.33(on),1(off),1(on),1(off),1(on),1(off),1(on),1(off),1(on),1(off),0.33(on),0.33(off),1(on),0.33(off),1(on),0.33(off),0.33(on),2.33
means: ... - --- .--.
means: stop
0.33,0.33,0.33,0.33,0.33,1,1,0.33,1,0.33,1,1,0.33,0.33,0.33,0.33,0.33,2.33
means: ... --- ...
means: SOS
0.33,0.33,0.33,0.33,0.33,0.33,0.33,1,0.33,1,0.33,0.33,1,0.33,0.33,0.33,0.33,1,0.33,0.33,1,0.33,1,0.33,0.33,2.33
means: .... . .-.. .--.
means: help
1,0.33,0.33,1,0.33,1,0.33,1,1,0.33,0.33,0.33,0.33,2.33,1,0.33,0.33,0.33,0.33,0.33,0.33,1,0.33,0.33,1,1,1,0.33,0.33,0.33,1,0.33,0.33,1,1,0.33,0.33,0.33,1,2.33,0.33,0.33,0.33,0.33,1,1,0.33,0.33,1,0.33,1,0.33,0.33,2.33
means: -. . . -.. -... .- -.-. -.- ..- .--.
means: need back up
-should always (on) before (2.33(end/restart)), to make 2.33 off.
-(if off spaces) is so hard to understand for us, let the program read it
-u can also decode it manually. use notepad or paper
-just remember on,off,on,off pattern
:)
Is this right
