Have you tried typing
~/Library/Application Support/unity.Jundroo.SimplePlanes
into go to folder?
I remember I had a lot of trouble getting it to work but I don’t remember what I had trouble with exactly

That’s a good way to advertise a build

You can install mods on a Mac without it being on steam you know. You just need to go

~/Library
/ApplicationSupport
/unity.Jundroo.SimplePlanes
And in there you create a folder called mods to put your mods in
