Last night, I was thinking about building a small cargo aircraft, that had a sliding door that opened up on the side
So the part would be able to slide, kind of like a box car.
Idk, I was thinking of all the applications a piece like that could be used for.

I don't see why you couldn't do that with the tools we have on hand.
@ColonelStriker and that would also be kinda big and would need quite a bit of space
My solution would be creating a door utilizing the piston part. But the multiple parts needed isn’t so low part friendly

That would be nice, Since using pistons and hinges to Make sliding doors use alot of space, and I can never get those types to look right. So yeah I agree.
