With the online multiplayer mod that we have... Your problem might be with the server itself, which server are you using? We know of two different servers that runs simpleplanes. You might be able to host a local server for you and a couple of friends if you can communicate the server that you will be on.

Multiplayer is never coming, the devs would have to reprogram the entire game. Making a multiplayer mod with all that is not easy, we're lucky we have a multiplayer mod at all
