I need some help modifying this gun.

Here is what I want done with it:

• A one second delay between each bullet (which is equal to about 66 rounds per minute)
• Damage per bullet increased to roughly twice than that of the stock wing gun

Please be VERY careful in not changing the bullet size, bullet range, gun size, bullet spread, and the bullet color
