@Mkle update; the mod by WNP78 for nukes is still up, however there isn't an android version. I have the mod installed on my PC, and it sometimes really lags the game, so my guess is that Android devices couldn't handle it and an Android version was never made

I could try making a forum post tomorrow asking everybody if they have a file. It would be a better time to attract more attention, and I could think of a pretty clickbaity title

@Mkle sorry, no. I can link you to a mod that gets you pictures in the designer, if you want, but they don't show in plane screenshots. Still they're good for making more exact replicas
