So, I'm doing the Engine of My fictional craft Link
It uses a .4 size T1000 that have a modded propeller size.
It's purely Done by hand.

@CSP27 That's too many parts. Try using a fuselage intake or a wheel ( I know that sounds weird, but I can show you how) for the engine cowling. Obviously, this is your thing and you can make what you want, just suggestions.

I'm gonna try to do Better, but just the front 'Canopy, Gear and Engine' Is ≈200 parts
I like the pistons, but the cowling is meh.

@CSP27 I used this technique with my contra rotor turbo prop. I wish they made the engine sound configurable.
