Ok this is advise for all the noobs out there.
1. Weels can turn: something I didn't learn till like a month after getting the game
2. If you are having trouble understanding the game ask someone on the site: we post planes here because we like the game, we also like to show off our knowledge to anyone who asks usually
3. Bigger isn't always better: sometimes simple is just better
4. Think realistically: planes in real life fly so there basic designs and principles often work in the game
5. Don't copy: if you take a plane and don't improve on it in any way there's no point. Also always ask a person before editing there plane as it is common courtesy.
6. If you see a part you like take it: ok this is a little touchy, but if you see someones build and it has epic missles, bombs, modded parts, anything that's worth putting on another plane save it as a sub assembly
7. Always have com in front of col: just a suggestion
