Electric parts, batteries, and engines. And stuff

I guess this is really a mod request, but I think it would be nice if someone who is skilled at modding could make an electric parts mod. This would ad Different eletric parts that require a power source, that being batteries like car batteries, or those Tesla ones that take up the entire underside of the car ( you know what I'm talking about right?) or solar panels. Some parts that could be added could be brighter lights that can be shaped and used as head or tail tights, Eletric engines for electric cars, Solar panels as a source of power, and for gas powered cars a car battery ( I know I repeated myself). Something to make it more realistic would be to add the proper sounds of things like the electric engine having that quiet yet high pitched wistle ( is that how you describe it? ). Also a way to make hybrid cars would be cool. Yes I know this is long but I don't want there to be any confusion as of what I'm talking about. Which it's still probably confusing. Is this even where I should post a mod request? Does anyone know anyone who can create awesome detailed mods? Can people help spread this around? I'm just one person. I mean if you think it would be cool then you can tell others. If you don't then tell me why you think it wouldn't be something nice modded or implemented into the game? If you're confused about something I said ask me about it in a comment and I'll (Try) to clarify what it is you're confused about. Sorry this is so long hope you don't mind. Oof

If you're confused about something reply to this comment so I will actually notice and try to clarify the thing in which you do not understand about my lengthy explanation of topics I share, explain and repeat. See? This could've been so much shorter and yet it's still going. Huh I really need to stop this. EDIT: I didn't even explain much in all of that I just realized, wow. Ok I'm done.
