"like, that really got out of hand!" This is a project update concerning the Olive. I have worked head over heels to get the form and shape of the Olive along with other parts, (Gear, Airbrakes, etc.) but to no avail. I wanted the base of the cockpit to be in a teardrop shape, but even before I tried to BUILD it, I figured it would be a challenge. Also, I decided I wanted to make moving ailerons, but using the fuselage peices to fit the airfoil shape at least to a decent level with spaces for ailerons is excrutiatingly frustrating. At least the recycle bin in my room wil finally fill up. I've torn up about 50 pages of sketches. I know exactly what the olive looks like in my head. I just hope I can pull through. If you would like to do a collab, please feel free to ask. G'bye, Scotty.
@scotttheaviator1031 Good luck
@F104Deathtrap thank you very much for the tip. I will try that.
Use closed air inlets for control surfaces, the "inlet angle" allows you to countour the trailing edge to the shape of the wing.
