If you want to be able to see underwater please upvote this, as well if you want ballast tanks to make better submarines. You could have a special type of intake that if it was in the water you could add ballast to the tanks to weigh down subs to go underwater. Another thing is a water-proof engine.
Welp simplanes dont have any reason to add those though because theres no relation beetwen Submarine and a Plane
What i mean was that plane can land on a ship(aircraft carrier) and some planes too can land on water well theres no way a plane can land underwater that even a player cant see whats going on underwater
I would just be happy with being able to see underwater.
If the devs could add under water sight then we could have subs
