I know that slow, straight-wing aircrafts (usually with a propeller engine) flies nimbly and corners well.
I need that to happen on a airplane with top speed of around 700 mph (obviously that will be a racer). Modding is not welcomed, but size of things can (reasonably) be changed.

Try and stuff some straight wing airplanes with jet engines kind of work, but if you are trying to get any of the turbofans on there it will be a no.
