I uninstalled them but it still happens
Edit: Luckily when I uninstall the game, and download it back the glitch is gone.

@Morozdalisa sign to imgur, upload a image, and choose a link to place it in.
@mushr0om I did that, but I never saw that problem before in that way.
@Patrick20206 You probably ran the game from the exe file or a shortcut to it and not through steam or a shortcut that launches it through steam.
