Throttle Governor when set to On the prop engine does not follow activation groups. Props with this feature on starts immediately upon entering the flight scene and there is now way to stop them not even zeroOnDeactivate

Cycling pistons does not respond properly when deactivated. The piston stops at whatever length it had when it was stopped. zeroOnDeactivate does not solve this problem
