So, I'm just wondering if it's possible to make REGULAR mods to any game, but just making it on a phone? I know I may sound dumb af now, but I just started wondering about this. This may give me a chance to make my ideas come to the game faster than anybody would actually think about it.

You can make 3d models for a map then have someone export it as a map. But you can't use unity for mod making on a phone
You better have one boss phone.
