First of all, I assume that it can't just be an amphibious airplane, it must be a amphibious car that can fly.
Second, are there any rules on mods, engine types used etc?
And third, it has to be able to change directly from one for to another (so from land to sea, land to air, air to land, air to water, water to air, and water to land) right?
