The first Z Combat fleet has been following the SAN first AA division for a surprise attack Determined to avenge the losses of The H navy fleet and to protect her Carrier group heading towards Snowstone...

1st Z Combat fleet :

-3 Admiral Maghala Class Battleships
-5 Meckeren Class Heavy cruisers
-2 Hantonn Class Light Cruisers
-7 Kaempfer class Destroyers
-3 Arcania class Destroyers
=20 ships

8:35am : The Flagship Admiral Maghala is ordered to fire at will at the fleet along with the rest of her group.
8:36am : The ZNS Admiral Maghala opens fire and nearly misses the SAN Indicali. Later on, another one of her shots destroys her Tower bridge, killing 3 officiers and wounding 2 others.
8:41am : a shot fired from the Heavy cruiser Meckeren destroys the engine of the SAN Atlanta putting her on fire.
8:47am : The SAN Nemesis retaliates and hits the ZNS Hantonn's main turret, knocking her down.
8:52am : The Admiral Maghala Sinks two Destroyers : SAN Maikaze and Harukaze, with 4 direct hits.
8:57am : The SAN Muteki orders the rest of the fleet to Scatter, to avoid getting more casualties.
9:03am : One of the Sister ships of ZNS Admiral Maghala Heavily Damages the Heavy cruiser SAN Chase Putting her out of service.
9:16am : SAN Muteki damages the ZNS Neckem, sister ship of the Meckeren class heavy cruiser, damaging her Telemetry systems.
9:24am : The Flagship of the 1st AA Division orders to retreat imidiatelly to the south. The Z Combat Fleet does not follow and returns to Snowstone Harbor
to protect the Carrier fleet and to repair their damages.

the 1st Z Attack Fleet had little damage : 2 destroyers lightly damaged
1 heavy cruiser heavily damaged
2 light cruiser lightly damaged
8 dead, 12 wounded

The SAN had way more losses :
2 destroyer sunk,
1 AA Cruiser out of Service,
2 heavy cruisers badly damaged,
1 battleship lightly damaged
260 dead, 116 wounded

This battle prooved the Abillity of the Z navy to search and destroy tactic. The Commander of the fleet, Marcus Weberich was given the Medal of Combat for this audacious attack...
