It would be amazing: most of my vehicles are too fast: even a 25 hp engine goes too fast, and extra weight is mostly useless.
There would be a cursor , down the hp one, from 10 mph from max.

Take it easy bro, i'm not here to start firefight, and by the way, people mod if they want, but the ones who don't can suggest cool stuff to add in this game.
@Deadly8Nightshade "capabilities to mod" is not a thing, you literally move a folder, if its too hard then sp is not suitable for you
@TurklerRS Haha, i know, but integrate this in the game would be better for lazy ones and people who can't have the capabilities to mod.
