the specs I need are fuel consumption equal as a car engine, max rpm at 250k rpm, idle= running at 40k rpm and near to no power(so it can work as a turbocharger in custom engines), also it must have throttle sensivity equal to 1, but the deceleration can be the default one. need it ASAP.
